Somatic [Body+Emotions+Imagination] map creation of your wants, needs, pleasures and limits. thrubody is a space for healing the past and the future in the present- through embodiment, self-sensing/body tracking, emotional care, ceremony, honoring loss, consent, and conflict practices.
This work...or play... breathes and lives on the foundation of body autonomy, relational connection and the unknown/unknowing. mars has a background in body movement, massage therapy, relational dynamics, somatic experiencing, ancestral and spiritual connection and ceremony facilitation.
Embodied Shadow
A virtual group offering combining writing as a form of self seeing, body movement as a means of somatic integration and spiritual cleansing as care for the unseen- this workshop is a space to practice and sharpen shadow-seeing tools. Through writing practices adapted from Existential Kink’s “Fear Inventories” we will approach our fears and desires with care and vulnerability. We will be bringing in herbs, benevolent care-teams, and spiritual support while sandwiching the writing practice with invitational body movement to support the integration of the practice into form.

a somatic abdominal session that includes a full anterior and posterior abdominal massage/organ care. if this is your first time, please book initial visit first as this work requires an intake process. if you have a uterus, it is best to receive this work when you are not bleeding; ideally after you bleed and before you ovulate.
