You’ll leave with a clear view of what’s actually driving the friction, and a simple game plan for what to tackle first over the next 90 days. If we both feel there’s a strong fit, I’ll outline what it would look like to have me facilitate that work with you and your team. If not, you still get clarity and next steps.
